FLORIDA BUYERS

EQUIPMENT DEALERS:
A signed "2023 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax" exemption form.

MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS:
A signed "2023 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax" exemption form AND a copy of your current "Motor Vehicle Dealers License".

MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASE (not a dealer):
Contact our title clerk at 407-396-6060 to process the title work and prepare required documents. The name in which you registered is the name the title will be issued in.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS

EQUIPMENT DEALERS:
A properly completed and signed Tangible Personal Property for Resale by a Non-Resident Dealer exemption form and a copy of your drivers license or passport.

MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS:
A completed and signed Purchase of a Aircraft, Boat, Motor Home, Motor Vehicle, or other Vehicle by a Non-Resident Dealer for Resale Outside Florida exemption form AND a copy of your current “Dealers License”. The exemption document MUST be notarized.

MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASE (not a dealer):
A properly completed and signed Affidavit of Partial Exemption of a Motor Vehicle Sold for Licensing in Another State form for each vehicle purchased. The exemption document MUST be notarized. The name in which you registered is the name the title will be issued in.

FOREIGN EXPORT:
Must be registered in (billed to) a foreign address. A properly completed and signed Tangible Personal Property for Export by a Non-Resident Dealer exemption form is required along with a bill of lading from an ICC licensed carrier for transport of the equipment from our sale site to a port of export in order to release the equipment.

FARM EXEMPTION:
An exemption is available for certain qualifying equipment. If you are a farmer and wish to use the farm exemption you must send us a properly completed and signed Purchaser’s Exemption Certificate – Items for Agricultural Use or For Agricultural Purposes and Power Farm Equipment.
