Collection of Goods

Once cleared funds have been received for all lots listed on the invoice, collection may be arranged. Please note that all collections must be scheduled in advance, and proof of payment will be required prior to the release of any lots.

Third Party Collections

Where a third party has been organised to collect lots, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the collector is fully informed of the lot numbers to be collected and the corresponding buyer number. The auction site may also need to be notified in advance of any haulage or shipping arrangements.

Exported Lots

For all lots being exported outside the country of sale, third-party proof of delivery must be provided to Euro Auctions immediately following shipment.

Acceptable forms of proof of delivery include:

  • Haulage Invoice
  • Shipping Invoice
  • Bill of Lading (original required)
  • CMR (original required)
  • Customer Declaration (European Union buyers at Dormagen auctions only)

For export purposes, please note that VAT will be charged on the hammer price and must be paid prior to shipment. Any VAT paid on the hammer price will be refunded once Euro Auctions has received and verified the required export documentation.

Additional Information

Buyers are responsible for any additional costs incurred in the preparation of lots for shipment.

A loading ramp is available at all auction sites, and Euro Auctions staff will be on hand to provide assistance with loading.

Buyers are advised to verify site opening times here prior to collection.
