The Job
- Provide on-going IT support to the group.
- Review and management of website, auction images and search facility.
- Setup and manage end user access, security, Print and mobile deployments through Active Directory.
- Assist with Technical and Operational Support for Windows 2012/2016 Servers including Domain Controllers, Exchange 2013/365, WSUS, SQL, Dynamics CRM, Acronis Backup and Sage on a Cloud hosted platform.
- PC Support for Windows 7/10 and Operational Support for IP Telephony, Cloud hosting & Mobile Apps.
- Operational Auction setup and support including e-Clerking, score-boarding, Audio-Visual & CCTV.
- Worldwide Travel available & Essential.
The Person
This role requires an organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and you should have the ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.
The Requirements
- Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in IT (other disciplines will be considered)
- The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
- Show proficiency in entire MS Office suite especially Excel.
- Maintain a valid passport.
- Knowledge of advertising campaigns and evaluation tools.
