Auction Data Clerk - Abu Dhabi

Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.

Key Activities: 

• Work closely with our China administration team.
• Input new vendor details and verify bank account details.
• Enter vendor stock to the various auction sites globally.
• Forward auction contracts for signing and then input returned contracts into the auction system.
• Liaise with various stock controllers to ensure all equipment is photographed and present on the company’s website.
• Move stock as and when required
• Assist with coordinating third party equipment being shipped and transported globally.
• Assisting with auction support when required.

The Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• The ability to travel to international exhibitions as and when required.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, is essential with Mandarin an advantage.
• Previous experience in data inputting is required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Previous experience of stock control is desirable.
• Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite and have good digital skills for learning CRM and the company’s auction system
• Ability to work flexibly and non-standard hours when required to meet the global needs of the business.
